Log into your StackDX Account

If you have an existing account, log in to access your company's data solutions by going to our website and navigating to the Login option at the top the page.

Login Instructions
  1. From StackDX website click Login

  1. Enter your company email and click Continue

  1. Enter your password and click Sign in or Continue

There are two methods of signing into StackDX - via Microsoft or Username & Password. Your login method will depend on your company settings and if your email is connected to a Microsoft account.

After entering your email you will be directed to sign into your account using one of the methods:

  • via Microsoft

  • Username & Password

Create New StackDX Account

via Auto Enrollment

For new users that need to create an account, your account may be automatically created upon logging in depending on your company settings. Try to login with your company's Microsoft email and if the company is set up for Auto Enrollment your account will be created with preset permissions set.

via Invite

In most cases users will login with Microsoft and utilize Auto Enrollment. If your company does NOT use Auto Enrollment, you'll need an email invitation to create your account. This invitation must be sent by someone at your company who has Client Admin permissions.

Invite Instructions
  1. Navigate to Admin > People page

  1. Click the dropdown in the top right of the page and click Invite Person

  1. Enter the user's email and required user roles

  1. Click Save

Ensure you have 'Send email with invitation link' selected when clicking Save. This will send an email with the invite link for the user to create their account.

The account invite will expire in 7 days from the time it is sent. A client admin user will have to Renew the invite for a user if needed.

Note: Your StackDX permissions can be changed after account creation if needed by a user with Client Admin Role.

You can find your company's Client Admin User(s) by clicking the Admin > People dropdown and filtering for Client Admin Role. See below:
