Create New StackDX Account

When creating your StackDX account there are two methods - via Auto Enrollment or Invite. Most companies will utilize Auto Enrollment which will automatically create your account when you log in with your company email address. The other method would be for an invite to be sent to you in order to gain access to StackDX.

Create via Auto Enrollment

If your company is set up to use Auto Enrollment to create users account they will be automatically created when logging in using their company's Microsoft email address. Your account will be created with the default permissions set by your company.

The default permissions can be modified by a user with Client Admin Role in your company. See Modify User Roles/Settings section for more details.

Create via Invite

If your company does NOT use Auto Enrollment, you will need an email invitation to create your StackDX account. This invitation must be sent by a user at your company who has Client Admin Role. See the below instructions on how to navigate to the People Grid and send invites to users.

  1. Navigate to Admin > People page

  1. Click the dropdown in the top right of the page and click Invite Person

  1. Enter the user's email and required user roles

Ensure you have 'Send email with invitation link' selected. This option is required to be selected in order for the invite email to be sent to the user.

  1. Click Save

The account invite will expire in 7 days from the time it is sent. Please contact [email protected] if you require an expired invite to be renewed.
