Invite Person
Users with Client Admin Role are able to create invites to add users to add users to their StackDX site. This may need to be done in cases where your company does NOT utilize Auto Enrollment to create user accounts. See the below instructions on how to navigate to the People Grid and send invites to users.
Navigate to Admin > People page
Click the dropdown in the top right of the page and click Invite Person
Enter the user's email and required user roles
Ensure you have 'Send email with invitation link' selected. This option is required to be selected in order for the invite email to be sent to the user.
Click Save
The account invite will expire in 7 days from the time it is sent. Please contact [email protected] if you require an expired invite to be renewed.
