Overview

View and Manage the company's StackDX users in the People Grid. There you can view users, edit users permissions/roles, create invites/contacts and set users as active/inactive. Utilize the search/filter options to narrow down the displayed users to efficiently find the ones you are looking for. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your company's StackDX users.

Navigate to the People Grid by clicking the Admin menu to the left of the page. This will display all the admin options available to that particular user. Click the People option to view the People Grid.

People Grid Overview

Summary of the People Grid items:

  1. Name - The name of the user

  2. Email - The email of the user

  3. Phone - The phone number of the user

  4. Active/Inactive - Current status of the user (ie. Active = Green check, Inactive = Red x)

  5. Last Login - The last date/time the user logged into StackDX

  6. Land - The users assigned land role (ie. No Access, Read, Write or Admin).

Note: The users Land User ID will be displayed in this column if added. This ID is required for projects created in your land management system (ie. CS Land, LandRite) to be synced and display in StackDX.

  1. Wells/Locations - The users assigned wells/locations role (ie. No Access, Read, Write or Admin)

  2. Facilities/Pipelines - The users assigned facilities/pipelines role (ie. No Access, Read, Write or Admin)

  3. Road - The users assigned road role (ie. No Access, Read, Write or Admin)

  4. Client Admin - The users assigned with client admin role
