View Land Files & Documents

In StackDX you can view your land file information from both your land system and public data. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to the Land Files Grid and view your land data.

Navigate to the Land Files Grid by clicking the Land dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the land related modules/options. Then click the Land Files option to view the Land Files Grid.

The land file information will be displayed on the Land Files Grid including the File Number, File Type, Document Date, Area and Land System data.

Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Land Docs Grid for a particular land file by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the land file and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.

Display Surface Details Information

When viewing the land files information in the Land Files Grid there is the option to display the Surface Details. These are not displayed by default but can be set to display for applicable land file types (ie. Crossing, Easement, Forestry, Road Use, Surface).

The Surface Details can be displayed by either clicking the arrow next to the applicable land file or by choosing the Show Surface Details option in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Land Files Grid page.

Click the arrow next to land file to expand/collapse the row to display the Surface Details for a land file.

Click the Show/Hide Surface Details option in the Land Files Grid dropdown menu to expand/collapse the Surface Details for ALL the land files in the grid with the data.

Display Split Details

When viewing the land files information in the Land Files Grid there is the option to display the Split details. These are not displayed by default but can be set to display for applicable land file types (ie. Contract, Joint Venture, Mineral, Unit).

The Split details can be displayed by clicking the arrow next to the applicable land file.

Click the arrow next to land file to expand/collapse the row to display the Split Details for a land file.

The Surface and Split Details is just some of the data items that is provided from the land system (ie. CS Land, LandRite) and displayed in StackDX.
