View Land Data
StackDX offers a unique feature where it integrates the Land System data with documents, providing users with a centralized platform to access both land system and public data. This functionality reduces the need for multiple systems with the ability to view the land system details, land documents, and public data all in one place. This guide will show you how to access the land data within StackDX.
Access Land System Data
The land system data can be accessed from the Land Files Grid or from the ‘Land’ tab when viewing a land file.
From the Land File grid
Navigate to the Land File Grid and click the link to the Land System data in the Land System column. This link will take you to the ‘Land’ tab in the land file to view the available land system data.

From the ‘Land’ tab when viewing a Land File
Navigate to a land file and click the ‘Land’ tab. All the available land system data will be displayed. Expand the sections (ie. Original/Current Parties, Terms, Amendments/Assignments, Remarks, Lessors, Splits, etc.) to see more data.

View Public Land Data via Stack Maps
For applicable land files (ie. Surface, Mineral) there are options to view the public land data in Stack Maps via either the Search in Maps links when viewing the land system data or in the embedded map.
Search/View in Maps links
Click the Search/View in Maps link when it appears next to a data item (ie. Lessor Name/Number). This link will automatically open Stack Maps with the land data selected.
Mineral File - Search in Maps link

Surface File - View in Maps link

Embedded Map in StackDX
Click the ‘Map’ tab when viewing the land file. This will display the land data as it would in Stack Maps but within the land file in StackDX. The Land File Splits and Linked Well Assets are selected by default. You can also include either linked or all other assets in the surrounding area on the embedded map (ie. Wells, Facilities, Pipelines). Select the items to view and click Update.

If you click on an asset (Wells, Facilities or Pipeline) in the embedded map, it will display some basic information (ie. Well Status, License, Spud Date, On Prod Date, etc.) with a link to view it in Stack Maps. See example below.
