Restore Facilities
If you have facilities that have been previously deleted from StackDX and you would like them to be displayed again they can be restored. This guide will show you how to restore the facilities.
Note: Users require the ‘Facilities & Pipelines Admin’ permissions to restore facilities.
To display any soft deleted facilities on the Facilities Grid, click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Facilities Grid page. Then click Show Deleted Items to display the deleted facilities on the grid.
The Facility Restore option is available from the Facilities Grid or if you are viewing a facility.
Navigate to Assets & Asset Docs Grid
Navigate to the Assets Grid (Surface Location, Wells, Facilities, Pipeline Segments) by clicking the Assets dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Assets related modules/options. Then click any of the Asset Types to view its Assets Grid.
Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Asset Docs Grid for a particular asset by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the asset and go to the ‘Asset, Well, Facility or Segment Docs’ tab.
Restore from the Facilities Grid
Click on the dropdown menu next to the facility you want to be restored
Click the Restore option from the dropdown
Click Restore
Restore from Facilities View
Click on the facility you want to be restored
Click the Restore option within the dropdown in the top right corner of the page
Click Restore
The facility will be restored in StackDX and be displayed in the Facilities Grid. If the facility had previously contained any deleted documents, they will NOT be restored with the facility. The user will have to go into the facility and restore those documents separately.
