Restore Surface Locations

If you have surface locations that have been previously deleted from StackDX and you would like them to be displayed again they can be restored. This guide will show you how to restore the surface locations.

To display any soft deleted surface locations on the Surface Locations Grid, click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Surface Locations Grid page. Then click Show Deleted Items to display the deleted surface locations on the grid.

The Surface Location Restore Location option is available from the Surface Locations Grid or if you are viewing a surface location.

Navigate to Assets & Asset Docs Grid

Navigate to the Assets Grid (Surface Location, Wells, Facilities, Pipeline Segments) by clicking the Assets dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Assets related modules/options. Then click any of the Asset Types to view its Assets Grid.

Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Asset Docs Grid for a particular asset by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the asset and go to the ‘Asset, Well, Facility or Segment Docs’ tab.

Restore from the Surface Locations Grid

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to the surface location you want to be restored

1. Click the Restore Location option from the dropdown

1. Click on the surface location you want to be restored

1. Click the Restore Location option within the dropdown in the top right corner of the page

1. Click Restore

The surface location will be restored in StackDX and be displayed in the Surface Locations Grid.
