Asset Doc Search
In StackDX, if you are looking for a land document that exists in your site there is an option to search across all your asset documents or within a specific asset (Surface Locations, Wells, Facilities, Pipeline Segments) using several filters or entering keywords. This guide will demonstrate how to best utilize the asset document search to easily find documents within your site.
Search All Asset Documents in StackDX
To navigate to the Search Asset Docs option, click the Assets dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the asset related modules/options. Then click the Search Asset Docs option to view the search/filters available.

The Search Asset Documents search/filters page will appear. Start your search by entering keywords for Doc Title/Contents or a Surface Location. Click Search to display your results.

If you do not have any specific keywords or location to enter, click the Search option with the search fields blank to view ALL the documents with access to the available filters to help narrow down your results.

Apply the search/filters available on the left side of the page to narrow down your results. The items available under each of the search/filters will correspond to the document information you have in your StackDX site.
The search/filters will adjust and correspond to the matching documents as you select your criteria. You can only select ONE choice from each available search section and able to combine the search filters with the text search boxes.
