Asset Docs Search/Filter

For each asset document type (Surface Locations, Wells, Facilities, Pipeline Segments) there are search/filter fields that will help in finding the asset documents you are looking for. This guide will show all the different search/filter options for asset documents and how to navigate to them.

When viewing the ‘Asset, Well, Facility or Segment Docs’ tab in Files View the search/filter panel will display allowing the ability for the user to identify the documents they are looking for within the asset. Choose from the available options and click Search to filter the Asset Docs Grid by the criteria.

The below search/filter options are available for all asset types:

  1. Title, File or Folder – Enter full or partial Title, File or Folder Name

  2. Categories – Select to only include documents with the chosen categories. All the categories are chosen by default. If you select/deselect a category it will display a heart icon. Clicking the heart option will set the selected items as the new default for the searched categories.

Note: The categories default will be displayed and can be adjusted under your Account settings in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the site.

  1. Doc Types – Select to only include documents with the chosen document types

  2. Uploaded By – Select either Any Internal (users at your company) or Any External (users outside of your company)

  1. Doc Date – Enter From/To Document Date ranges

  2. Added Date – Enter From/To Added Date ranges

  3. Submitted To Regulator – Select to only include if document has ‘Submitted To Regulator’ date added

  4. Submitted to Partner – Select to only include if document has ‘Submitted To Partner’ date added

  5. Show Deleted – Select to display the deleted documents
