Note: Users require the ‘Land Read’ permissions to export land file information from the Land File Grid.
Navigate to Land Files & Land Docs Grid
Navigate to the Land Files Grid by clicking the Land dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the land related modules/options. Then click the Land Files option to view the Land Files Grid.

Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Land Docs Grid for a particular land file by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the land file and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.

To view the available Land Files Grid Exports, click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Land Files Grid page.

Export to Excel – The exported file will contain the Land File data that is displayed in StackDX.

Export Doc Type Summary to Excel – The exported file will contain the Land Document Type (ie. Caveat) counts for the selected land files.

The files will be exported to a .xlsx file and will be available for download in the Job Manager option in the top right corner of StackDX site. A panel will display with all the jobs being performed.
