Land Files Search/Filter
In the Land Files Grid there are search/filter fields that will help in finding the land files you are looking for. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to the land files and walk you through all the different search/filter options for land files.
Navigate to Land Files & Land Docs Grid
Navigate to the Land Files Grid by clicking the Land dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the land related modules/options. Then click the Land Files option to view the Land Files Grid.
Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Land Docs Grid for a particular land file by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the land file and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.
At the top of the Land Files grid page the Land File Search/Filter panel will be displayed. See the below details for each of the search/filter options:
Land File Details Search – Select different land file data items to search/filter by.
The available items are File Number, Lessor Name/#, Lessor Type, Grantor/Grantee, Provider/Receiver, Document Type, Contract Name, Document Date, Effective Date and Note. File Number is chosen by default.
File Types – Select a File Type from the list of items
The available file types to choose are Contract, Crossing, Easement, Forestry, Import, Joint Venture, Mineral, Road Use, Surface and Unit.
Land File Status – Select Land File Status (All, Active or Inactive)
Active is chosen by default. If you choose a different option it will display a heart icon next to the item. Clicking the heart option will set the item as the new default for the search field.
BAs – Select a Business Associate (BA) from the list of items
Area – Enter full or partial Area Name (ie. REDWATER)
Legal/Location - Enter Location in either DLS or NTS format. See examples below:
