Delete Documents

If you have documents that need to be removed from a Land File you can delete the documents. The documents will be soft deleted therefore can be viewed and restored to the Land File if needed. This guide will include how to delete both single and multiple documents.

Note: Users require the ‘Land Write’ permissions to delete land documents.

Deleting Single Documents

When deleting a document this can be performed from both the Land Docs Grid and when viewing the document.

  1. Either from the Land Docs Grid or Document View click the dropdown menu

  1. Click Delete

  1. Click Confirm Delete

Deleting Multiple Documents

When deleting multiple documents this can be performed from the Land Docs Grid.

  1. From the Land Docs Grid select the document(s)

  1. Click Modify > Delete

  1. Click Confirm Delete

The document(s) will be removed from the Land Docs Grid. Deleted documents will not be included when searching the Land documents. The deleted file is only soft deleted and can be viewed and restored if needed. See Restore Documents section for more details.

To view the deleted document select the Show Deleted option in the search/filter panel. See Land Docs Search/Filter section for more details.
