Restore Documents

If you have documents that have been previously deleted from a land file and you like them to be displayed again the documents can be restored. This guide will include how to restore both single and multiple documents.

Note: Users require the ‘Land Write’ permissions to restore land documents.

To restore the document you will have to first navigate to the land file that contains the deleted document. To view the deleted document select the Show Deleted option in the search/filter panel. See Land Docs Search/Filter section for more details.

Restoring Single Documents

When restoring a document this can be performed from both the Land Docs Grid and when viewing the document.

  1. Either from the Land Docs Grid or Document View click the dropdown menu

  1. Click Restore

  1. Click Confirm Restore

Restoring Multiple Documents

When restoring multiple documents this can be performed from the Land Docs Grid.

  1. From the Land grid select the document(s)

  1. Click Modify > Restore

  1. Click Confirm Restore

The document(s) will be displayed in the Land Docs Grid. The date/time in the Added column will be updated to when the document(s) were restored. There will be an information icon added with a tool tip when hovering the column for restored documents. See example below:
