Edit Land Files

If you are required to change any of the Land File information you can within StackDX depending on how the land file was created (ie. Added manually by user, Added in overnight land system update, etc.). This guide will show you how to edit the land file information and explain which information is able to be adjusted within StackDX.

Note: Users require the ‘Land Write’ permissions to edit land files.

Editable Fields

Depending how the land file was added to StackDX either manually by a user or from the land system overnight update there are different fields that can be edited for the land file.

  1. If the land file has been manually added by a user and is NOT in the land system you are able edit ALL the available fields for a land file.

  2. If the land file has been added from the land system in the overnight update you will only be able to edit the File Type and add a Note to the land file.

The Land File Edit option is available from the Land Files Grid or if you are viewing a land file.

  1. Click on the dropdown menu next to a land file on the grid

  1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown

  1. Click on a Land File from the Land Files Grid

  1. Click the Edit option in the top right corner of the page

The Land Files Edit page will be displayed with all the available information. The information fields will either be enabled or disabled depending on if the user is able to edit them.
