Restore Land Files

If you have land files that have been previously deleted from StackDX and you would like them to be displayed again they can be restored. This guide will show you how to restore the land files.

To display any soft deleted land files on the Land Files Grid, click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Land Files Grid page. Then click Show Deleted Items to display the deleted land files on the grid.

The Land File Restore option is available from the Land Files Grid or if you are viewing a land file.

Navigate to Land Files & Land Docs Grid

Navigate to the Land Files Grid by clicking the Land dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the land related modules/options. Then click the Land Files option to view the Land Files Grid.

Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Land Docs Grid for a particular land file by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the land file and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to the land file you want to be restored

The land file will be restored in StackDX and be displayed in the Land Files Grid. If the land file had previously contained any deleted documents, they will NOT be restored with the land file. The user will have to go into the land file and restore those documents separately.
