Additional Conditions

If you would like any specific Additional Conditions to be included in your Road Use or Third Party Agreements they can be added in the Additional Conditions Grid. All the available conditions will be listed in the grid with the ability to set specific orders or choose them to auto applied to addendums when they are created in StackDX. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your additional conditions.

Additional Conditions Grid Overview

  1. Agreement Type – Select to display conditions for either Road Use or Third Party Agreements

  1. Auto Apply - If toggled ON the condition will be automatically added to the addendum when created

Note: The Additional Conditions can be adjusted within the addendum prior to generating the agreement

  1. Order - The order number in which conditions will appear on the addendum

  2. Name - The name that will appear in the Additional Conditions section of the addendum within StackDX

Note: The name is not displayed on the generated agreement

  1. Description - The description that will appear in the Additional Conditions section of the addendum within StackDX AND on the generated agreement

Create Additional Conditions

  1. Select the Agreement Type in the dropdown menu

  2. Click Create in the top right corner of the Additional Conditions Grid page

  1. Enter the Additional Condition details

  • Name *This field is required.

Note: There is a maximum limit of 50 characters for Name field.

  • Description *This field is required.

Note: There is a maximum limit of 3000 characters for Description field.

  • Auto Apply (ie. ON/OFF) *This field is optional.

  • Order (ie. 1, 2, 3, etc.) *This field is optional.

  1. Click Save

The new additional condition will be displayed in the Additional Condition Grid.

Edit Additional Conditions

Note: Editing the name/description of an additional condition will modify the fields in the Additional Conditions section for all the addendums with that condition regardless of status (ie. Requested, Access Granted, Active, etc.).

  1. Click on the dropdown menu next to an additional condition on the grid

  1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown

  1. Modify the information in the fields

  1. Click Save

The changes to the additional condition will be displayed in the Additional Condition Grid.

Delete Additional Conditions

Note: If the Additional Condition is currently applied to an addendum the user cannot delete the condition in the Additional Condition Grid. If attempted you may receive an error.

  1. Click on the dropdown menu next to an additional condition on the grid

  1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown

  1. Click OK

The additional condition will be removed from the Additional Condition Grid.

Export Additional Conditions

  1. Select the Agreement Type in the dropdown menu

  2. Click Export in the top right corner of the Additional Conditions Grid page

The file will be exported to a .xlsx file and will be available for download in the Job Manager option in the top right corner of StackDX site. A panel will display with all the jobs being performed.

Tip: The Job Manager will display a green icon when the job (ie. Export) has been completed.

Click on the File/Link and the .xlsx file will be immediately downloaded by your browser and placed in a folder (ie. Downloads Folder) for you to access.
