Not Well - Choose if the rate applies to a facility, pipeline, camp, etc.

When 'Well' is chosen, the rate will apply to each well on the addendum. This also allows the system to auto-apply rates to wells based on their status, and to automatically identify addendums to bill IC for based on spud date.

  1. Production Status (PN) - A production status (Licensed, Drilling, Producing, Non-Producing) can be chosen to allow for the auto-population of certain rates using well status data from the regulator. This only applies to Well Rates.

  • Example: If you are creating a maintenance rate for Abandoned/Shut In Wells, you would select 'Non-Producing' for the Production Status.

  1. Per Unit Rate - The monthly rate ($/km) of road used.

  2. Flat Rate - A flat monthly rate ($) to be billed regardless of kms.

  3. Min Amount - The minimum amount to be billed each month. If you usually charge a minimum Per Unit Rate of one km, then your Min Amount should equal your Per Unit Rate.

  4. Account Code - The account code for the road rate.
