Field Reps

All the field contacts will be present in the Field Reps Grid. These contact will appear in the 'Field Contact' dropdown when viewing an addendum in StackDX. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your field contact information.

Note: Users require the ‘Road Admin’ permissions to access the Field Rep information.

Field Reps Grid Overview

The Field Reps Grid displays the contacts Name, Address, Phone Number and Email. The information in the Field Reps Grid will be populated in the agreement when generated.

There is an option to select Default Field Rep that is added automatically to addendums by default when they are created.

Create Field Rep

  1. Click Create Field Rep in the top right corner of the Field Reps Grid page

  1. Enter the field contact information (ie. Name, Phone Number, Email, Address)

Note: Name and Phone Number are required fields.

  1. Click Create

Edit Field Rep

  1. In the Field Reps Grid navigate to a Field Contact

  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to a Field Contact on the grid

  1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown

  1. Edit the field contact information (ie. Name, Phone Number, Email, Address). Click Update.

Delete Field Rep

  1. In the Field Reps Grid navigate to a Field Contact

  2. Click on the dropdown menu next to a Field Contact on the grid

  1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown

  1. Select a new Field Contact to be the replacement for any addendums assigned to the deleted contact

  1. Click Update and Delete
