Road Assets
All your Road Assets will appear on the Road Assets Grid. These are the roads that can be included for any addendums in your system. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your road assets.
Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings
Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.
Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

All roads from your legacy roads system as well as the active roads that exist in your Land System (ie. CS Land, LandRite) will appear in this page. In order for a requestor to select a particular road in the Public Request Portal it must be present and not hidden from the public in the Road Assets Grid.

Roads Linked with Related Surface File/Cost Centre
Roads will be linked to their related files in your Land System (ie. CS Land, LandRite) which is where the 'Cost Centre' will be pulled for billing if the surface file contains an Active Well or Facility that has a Cost Centre associated with it.

Roads without Associated Surface File/Cost Centre
These roads will require a Cost Centre to be linked to them. This can be added by editing the Road Asset information. After the Cost Centre is added it will display in the Road Assets Grid.
Adding Cost Centre to Road Asset
In the Road Assets Grid navigate to an asset that has no associated Surface File or Cost Centre

Link a Rate Table to a Road Asset
If a road requires a special rate, you can link a previously created rate table to a road asset. This can be added by editing the Road Asset information. After linking the rate table to the road asset the rates will then be auto applied to this road whenever it is added in an addendum. If no rate table is chosen then the default Master Rate Table will be applied for the road.

This can be added by editing the Road Asset information. After the road is hidden from the public it will no longer display under the 'Crown Roads' option in the Public Request Portal or internally when adding a road to an addendum.
