Rate Tables
If you have different rates for a specific company or scenario you can create custom rate tables allowing you to edit the rates as needed. These rate tables can be created in the Rate Table Grid. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your custom rate tables.

Flat Rate - A flat monthly rate ($) to be billed regardless of kms.

Create Custom Rate Tables
Click New Rate Table in the top right corner of the Rate Table Grid page

Enter a Rate Table Name. Click Create Table.

The new Rate Table will be displayed in the Rate Tables Grid. When the rate table is created it will be an exact duplicate of the Master Rate Table. Now you can customize the rates on the custom rate table by clicking on the Edit option for each rate.
Edit Rate Tables
After creating your custom rate table you can now edit the rates for the specific company or scenario. For a rate to be editable in the Rate Table the rate must be present in the Master Rate Table.
Example - If you only charge Admin Fees to one company, you would need to add an ‘Admin Fee’ rate to your Master Rate Sheet and set the rate values to $0. Then create a Custom Rate Table for the target company and edit the 'Admin fee' to your desired amount.
Select the rate table you would like to edit from the dropdown
Click on the Edit option next to a rate on the grid

Modify the rate values (Per Unit Rate, Flat Rate or Min Amount)
Example - To waive Maintenance Fees on a custom No Fee Rate Table you can filter for those rates and change all the rates to zero.

Click Save
The modified rates will display in BOLD on the Rate Table Grid.

Rename Rate Tables
Select the rate table you would like to rename from the dropdown
Click Rename Table in the top right corner of the Rate Table Grid page

Enter a New Rate Table Name. Click Create Table.

The new rate table name will appear in the Rate Table dropdown list.
