Edit Doc Info

There may be instances when you would like to change some information for a land document that has been uploaded to StackDX. The information in the Document Info panel can be adjusted by the user if this is required. This guide will show you what information can be changed and how to change it.

Note: Users require the ‘Land Write’ permissions to edit the land document information.

Navigate to a land document that you would like to modify the document information for and click to view the document.

The ‘Document Info’ panel will appear on the left side of the page by default when viewing the document. To add/change the document information, click the Edit option in the panel.

The ‘Edit Land Doc’ dialog will appear with all the different items you can either add or modify. Click Save after the edits are done.

Tags displayed are Global Folder Tags that have been added to your company. If the Folder Tag you would like to add is not present, you can choose ‘Other’ and it will be added to the specific document only.

Note: If a Folder Tag is selected for a land document, the tag will be displayed in the Title column of the document grid.

See Land Folder Tags section for more details.

  1. Marked As Reviewed – Selecting will prevent the Category, Title, Doc Date from being updated by Edith preserving any user changes.

Note: If the ‘Marked As Reviewed’ option is selected when saving the document information, a ‘green man’ icon will appear next to the File Name in the document grid. Hovering the icon will let the user know who and when it was reviewed.

Tip: If you want to remove the ‘Marked As Reviewed’ setting you can either deselect the option in the ‘Edit Land Doc’ dialog and click Save or when viewing the document, select Mark as Unreviewed from the dropdown menu.
