Head Agreement/Pinned Documents

In StackDX there is the ability to pin important documents to the top of the Land Docs Grid allowing the user to quickly find and identify key documents within a land file. You can choose to pin only one document as the ‘Head Agreement’ for a land file and then also pin other important documents as needed. This guide will show you how to use these options.

By default, the pinned ‘Head Agreement’ will display at the top of the Land Docs Grid followed the other pinned important documents.

Pinning Document

Pinning a land document can be performed from both the Land Docs Grid and when viewing the document.

Navigate to Land Files & Land Docs Grid

Navigate to the Land Files Grid by clicking the Land dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the land related modules/options. Then click the Land Files option to view the Land Files Grid.

Then to view the uploaded documents navigate to the Land Docs Grid for a particular land file by clicking the document link in the ‘Related To’ column or enter the land file and go to the ‘Documents’ tab.

Once the documents have been pinned, they will appear at the top of the Land Docs Grid by default with an icon next to the category after refreshing the page.

Unpinning Documents

Similarly, if there are documents that are pinned that you would like to remove the pin from that can be done by following the same steps as for pinning the documents from either the Land Docs Grid or when viewing the document. Click either the Unpin as Head Agreement or Unpin options from the dropdown menu to remove the pin setting.
