Bulk Upload Land Documents

The Bulk Upload Land Documents feature allows you to upload multiple files, each to their own Land File based on the Land File number at the start of the File Name. This is useful if the documents are coming from a source that consistently creates the file name of the document.

Note: Users require the “Land Write” permissions to bulk upload land documents.

File Name Formatting

Prior to bulk uploading your land documents ensure that the correct file name formatting is correct for the documents to be sorted into the appropriate land files. See the below regarding formatting the document file names.

  • Ensure that the file name matches the existing land file number exactly as in Stack (including dashes or symbols)

  • If your file name contains more information than the land file number, ensure it starts with the land file number followed by a space or an underscore (ie. S00277 2025MayRental.pdf or S00277_2025MayRental.pdf)

  • If you are uploading a ZIP file, please ensure that there are no folders within the ZIP file or it will not be read by our system correctly
