Upload New Versions
This section will guide you through uploading new versions for your documents.
If you have an updated version of a Land document, you can upload it as a new version into StackDX. This allows the ability to keep the history of the document all in one location.
There are multiple options to upload a new version when viewing the documents. This can be done from the Land Docs Grid or in the History tab when viewing a document. This guide will walk you through uploading new versions, viewing and downloading historical documents.
Upload via the Land Docs Grid
In the Land Docs Grid click the dropdown menu next to the document

Select Upload New Version
You will be directed to the 'History' tab.

Either click Choose Files and browse to your document OR drag your document to the Or Drop file(s) here box

Click Upload
Upload via the Document History tab
In Land Docs Grid click on the File Name to view the document
Click the 'History' tab

Click Upload New Version

Either click Choose Files and browse to your document OR drag your document to the Or Drop file(s) here box

Click Upload
The updated document will then appear after refreshing the page. Once the document has been processed it will be assigned a category, and the status will be Complete.
View Document History
The 'History' tab will display all the previous versions of the document. The previous versions can be downloaded or deleted.

The number count next to the 'History' tab will indicate the number of previous versions for the document. The number of previous versions will also appear in the Land Docs Grid with a tag next to File Name (ie. 1 Historical).

If the document exists in other land files when uploading a new version it will update all the duplicate copies of the document. If this is the case, it will display a message in the 'History' tab.

If the document is 'Marked As Reviewed' (green icon) when uploading a new version it will display a checkbox to either keep the document info for the new document or not. If the option is not selected when uploading the information may be different when the new document is processed.
