Manage Upload Notifications Preferences
If you are currently receiving notification emails when documents are uploaded to a specific project, there is the ability to adjust the document categories in which you receive notifications for.
For example, you may only want to receive notifications when Mineral – Abstracts category documents are uploaded to a land file in the project. This guide will show you how to set and manage the document category default settings for the project updates notification emails.
Users will receive daily project update notifications if they have the ‘Internal Upload Land Docs’ option selected in a project. When the option is applied, they will receive an email if any documents are uploaded to a land file in that project by either an external or internal user.

If you only wanted to receive the project update notifications for certain category types or land file types you can adjust those default settings under your Account settings in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the site. Alternatively, you can navigate to your account settings from the Account option under the Admin dropdown.


The ‘Land Notification Preferences’ tab in the Account settings will display all your project update notifications default settings for each Land File Type and Category.
Select/Deselect any of the options and then click Save Preferences to set the settings as your document category and land file default for receiving the notification emails.


The chosen settings will be applied to the project updates notifications and the user will only receive update emails when document categories and asset types selected in the Asset Notification Preferences are uploaded.
