Notice Details
Overview
The 48-Hour Notices Grid will display all of the notices submitted by the Grantee's for requests that have made to your company. The grid will list all of the received notices along with basic details (Request Type, Grantee Name, Received Date, Contact Information, Requested Addendum).
To view your company's notices navigate to the 48-Hour Notices Grid and click on a notice to view its details including Grantee Contact Information, Contract Company Information, Surface Location and Activity Information for that particular notice.
Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings
Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds menu to the left of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.
Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.
Summary of the Addendum Details
When clicking on a notice from the 48-Hour Notices Grid all of the notice details will be displayed. See the summary of each section below for more information.
File # - The addendum number assigned to the notice
Grantee Company Information - The Grantee Company Name & Contact Information (Name, Phone Number, Email)
Note: The Grantee Contact Email is the email that will have access to view the notice in the Roads & Thirds Request Portal.
Contract Company Information - The Contract Company Name & Contact Information (Name, Phone Number, Email)
Site Information - The Surface Location of the request
Activity Information - The purpose/type of activity and related comments/information
