Submit Notices, Billing Implications & Email Notifications

Submit 48-Hour Notices via Roads & Thirds Request Portal

If enabled for your company Grantee's will be able to provide their notice prior to commencing the intended activity of a Road Use or Third Party Agreement via StackDX's Roads & Thirds Request Portal.

Click the Roads & Thirds Request Portal Guidearrow-up-right for more details on submitting and managing external requests & notices in the portal.

After the notice has been submitted via the StackDX's Roads & Thirds Request Portal the addendum chosen by the Grantee will be automatically assigned to the notice. The Grantor will receive an email notification when the notice is submitted and be able to view its details in the 48-Hour Notices Grid.

Note: Any submitted 48-Hour Notifications will appear in the Roads & Thirds Request Portal under the email that was entered in the Grantee Contact Information. The email logged in will display in the top right corner of the portal. If a grantee requires their contact information (ie. Grantee Contact Email) to be adjusted to allow access to another person for any previously submitted notices please contact [email protected].

Billing Implications

The month in which the notice is received will determine when the Initial Consideration (IC) for any non-wells on the assigned addendums will be billed. The month that the IC is to be billed will display for the non-well in the 'Wells' section of the Addendum Details in the Bill IC Date column.

Note: The received notice triggering the IC for non-wells is the default behavior but there is an option that can be set to either use the received notice OR Proposed Construction Date which comes first. For details on other approaches please contact [email protected].

Email Notification Settings

The Grantor will receive an email notification outlining the details of the submitted notice when it is submitted.

The user(s) at the Grantor Company that will receive the email are the auto-assign person for that particular request type (ie. Road Use Agreement or Third Party Agreement), the field representatives that were assigned to approve the addendum assigned to the notice and any additional emails that have been added.

The auto assign person and additional emails can be set in the Roads & Thirds Administration page. See the Request Auto Assignments & Additional 48 Hour Notice Notification Emails sections for more information.
