Overview

StackDX's Roads & Thirds Request Portal can be utilized for Grantee's to provide their notice to the Grantor prior to commencing the intended activity of a Road Use or Third Party Agreement. After submitting their notice it will automatically be assigned to the selected addendum in StackDX for the Grantor to review. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your notices in StackDX after they have been submitted by the Grantee.

Note: The ability to either view or submit 48-Hour Notices will only be available for a company if they have it enabled in their company settings. The module can customized to your company's notice requirements (ie. 24, 48, 72 hours).

Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings

Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds menu to the left of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.

Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

48-Hour Notices Grid Overview

Summary of 48-Hour Notices Grid Items:

1. Request Type - The type of request (Road Use or Third Party Agreement)

2. Grantee - The name of the Grantee Company for the notice

3. Received Date - The date/time the notice was submitted

4. Contact Name - The contact name for the Contract Company

5. Contact Email - The contact email for the Contract Company

6. Contact Phone - The contact phone number for the Contract Company

7. Requested Addendum - The addendum chosen by the Grantee when submitting the notice

8. Assigned Addendum - The addendum assigned to the notice

Note: If the assigned addendum has been deleted it will display 'Addendum Deleted' in the field.
