Well Validations
There may be cases when wells exist on addendums but are missing data not allowing StackDX to match them to the regulator data (i.e. Missing License #, Invalid UWI, etc.). When creating a billing batch in StackDX these cases will be flagged and we will provide suggestions to correct the data.
The Review Suggestions option will display the suggestions and allow the user to either choose to Select or Ignore the given suggestions. If the user clicks Select for a suggestion it will automatically make the change to the addendum.
Note: There may be cases where an addendum is missing well information and StackDX is unable to provide any suggestions. Those wells must be reviewed and updated manually for the specific addendum.

Well Report
To help assist in identifying any missing well information you could utilize the Well Report option in the Roads & Thirds Administration page.
The Well Report option will generate a xlsx. file of wells that exist on active addendums with their related information such as Proposed Construction Date, Last Spud Date, Rig Release Date, Production Dates, UWI, License Number, etc. This can be utilized to quickly verify the wells that are currently in your active addendums and check if any well information is missing.
See Well Report section for more details.
