Delete Billing Batch
If you are required to delete any of the billing batches you can within StackDX from the Billing Batches Grid. This guide will show you how to delete the billing batches and explain when a billing batch can be deleted.
Note: A billing batch can ONLY be deleted if it has not yet been finalized/released.
Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings
Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.
Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Click on the dropdown menu next to an billing batch on the grid

Click the Delete option from the dropdown

The billing batch will be deleted and not be displayed in the Billing Batches Grid by default. The deleted billing batch will only be soft deleted and can be viewed and restored if needed.
To display any soft deleted billing batches on the Billing Batches Grid, click on the Show Deleted option in the search/filter options at the top of the Billing Batches Grid page. The deleted billing batches will be displayed on the grid.
