Delete Addendums

If you are required to delete any of the Addendums you can within StackDX from either the Addendums Grid or when viewing the Addendum Details. This guide will show you how to delete the addendums and explain when an addendum can be deleted.

The Addendum Delete option is available from the Addendums Grid or if you are viewing the Addendum Details.

Note: An addendum can ONLY be deleted if Status = Requested, Rejected or Inactive. Users require the 'Road Admin' permissions to delete addendums.

Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings

Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.

Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Delete from the Addendums Grid

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to an addendum on the grid

1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown

1. Click Delete

Delete from Addendums Details

1. Click on an Addendum from the Addendums Grid

1. Click the Delete option from the panel on the right side of the page

1. Click Delete

The Addendum will be removed from the Addendum Grid.

Note: The addendum will be soft deleted from our end. If the addendum was deleted by mistake or you need to restore it contact [email protected].
