Edit Addendums

If you are required to change any of the Addendum information you can within StackDX from either the Addendums Grid or when viewing the Addendum Details. This guide will show you how to edit the addendum information.

Note: Users require the ‘Roads Admin’ permissions to edit addendum information.

The Addendum Edit option is available from the Addendum Grid or if you are viewing the Addendum Details.

Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings

Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.

Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Edit from the Addendums Grid

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to a Addendum on the grid

1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown

1. Modify the addendum information and click Save

Note: The Master Agreement can ONLY be modified if Status = Requested or Awaiting Approval.

The addendum information entered will be displayed in the Addendum Grid and Addendum Details page.

1. Click on an Addendum from the Addendums Grid

1. Click Edit option in the Addendum Info section

1. Modify the addendum information and click Save

Note: The Master Agreement can ONLY be modified if Status = Requested or Awaiting Approval.

The addendum information entered will be displayed in the Addendum Grid and Addendum Details page.
