Delete Master Agreements

If you are required to delete any of the Master Agreements you can within StackDX from either the Master Agreements Grid or when viewing a the Master Agreement Details. This guide will show you how to delete the master agreements and explain when an agreement can be deleted.

The Master Agreement Delete option is available from the Master Agreements Grid or if you are viewing the Master Agreement Details.

Note: A Master Agreement can ONLY be deleted if it has no addendums attached to the agreement. Users require 'Road Admin' permissions to delete Master Agreements.

Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings

Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.

Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Delete from the Master Agreements Grid

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to a Master Agreement on the grid

1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown

1. Click Delete

Delete from Master Agreement Details

1. Click on a Master Agreement from the Master Agreements Grid

1. Click the Delete option from the dropdown in the top right corner of the page

1. Click Delete

The Master Agreement will be removed from the Master Agreement Grid.

Note: The Master Agreement will be soft deleted from our end. If the agreement was deleted by mistake or you need to restore it contact [email protected].
