Overview
Manage your Roads & Third Party Master Agreements in the Master Agreements Grid. There you can view, create, edit and delete your Master Agreements. Utilize the search/filter options to narrow down the displayed agreements to efficiently find the ones you are looking for. Then when viewing the agreements you can generate the documents and send for signature. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate to and manage your Master Agreements.
Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings
Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.
Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Master Agreement Grid Overview

Summary of the Master Agreement Grid items:
File # - The assigned Master Agreement Number
Type - The type of request (Road Use or Third Party Agreement)
Grantor - The name of the Grantor Company for the Master Agreement
Grantee - The name of the Grantee Company for the Master Agreement
Status - The current status of the Master Agreement
There are 7 different statuses for requests - Active, Inactive, Rejected, Requested, Unexecuted, Waiting for Approval, Waiting for Signature.
Summary of Master Agreement Statuses
Active: Status given when the Master Agreement has been signed by both the Grantee and Grantor and has been executed
Inactive: Status given when the Master Agreement has been terminated or is no longer in use by the Grantor
Rejected: Status given when the Master Agreement has been rejected by the Grantor
Note: This status has to be manually set if needed as it is not connected to the Master Agreement workflow.
Requested: Status given when the Master Agreement has been created either manually or through the Public Request Portal and has not yet been sent out for signature to the Grantee
Unexecuted: Status given when the Master Agreement has been approved and has not yet been sent out for signature
Note: This status has to be manually set if needed as it is not connected to the Master Agreement workflow.
Waiting for Approval: Status given when the Master Agreement is waiting to be approved
Note: This status has to be manually set if needed as it is not connected to the Master Agreement workflow.
Waiting for Signature: Status given when a signature request has been sent out and is awaiting signature from the Grantee and/or Grantor
Notes - Notes specific to a particular Master Agreement can be added to display on the grid
