Edit Master Agreements

If you are required to change any of the Master Agreement information you can within StackDX from either the Master Agreements Grid or when viewing a the Master Agreement Details. This guide will show you how to edit the master agreement information.

The Master Agreement Edit option is available from the Master Agreement Grid or if you are viewing the Master Agreement Details.

Navigate to Roads & Thirds Grids/Settings

Navigate to the Roads & Thirds Grid/Settings (ie. Additional Conditions, Master Rates, Master Agreements, Addendums, Requests, etc.) by clicking the Roads & Thirds dropdown menu at the top of the page. This will display all the Roads & Thirds related options.

Then click on an option to display its grids/settings.

Edit from the Master Agreements Grid

1. Click on the dropdown menu next to a Master Agreement on the grid

1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown

1. Modify the Master Agreement information and click Save

Edit from Master Agreement Details

1. Click on a Master Agreement from the Master Agreements Grid

1. Click the Edit option from the dropdown in the top right corner of the page

1. Modify the Master Agreement information and click Save

The Edit Road Use/Third Party Agreement page will be displayed with all the available information. The Master Agreement information entered will be displayed in the Master Agreement Details page.

Note: The Grantee Name/Address will be displayed to the requestor in the Roads & Thirds Request Portal when they select an existing Grantee.
