Master Agreement Details

The Master Agreement Grid will display all of the Master Agreements for the Grantee's that have made requests to your company. The grid will display the File # assigned to each Master Agreement along with basic details (Type, Grantor, Grantee, Status, Notes).

To view your company's Master Agreements navigate to the Master Agreement Grid and click on an agreement to view its details including Agreement/Effective Dates, Grantee Info (Name, Address, Contact), Notes and generated documents for that particular Master Agreement.

Master Agreement Details

Summary of the Master Agreement Details:

  1. Agreement Status - The Status and Status Date/Time of the Master Agreement

There are 7 different statuses for requests - Active, Inactive, Rejected, Requested, Unexecuted, Waiting for Approval, Waiting for Signature.

Active: Status given when the Master Agreement has been signed by both the Grantee and Grantor and has been executed

Inactive: Status given when the Master Agreement has been terminated or is no longer in use by the Grantor

Rejected: Status given when the Master Agreement has been rejected by the Grantor

Requested: Status given when the Master Agreement has been created either manually or through the Public Request Portal and has not yet been sent out for signature to the Grantee

Unexecuted: Status given when the Master Agreement has been approved and has not yet been sent out for signature

Waiting for Approval: Status given when the Master Agreement is waiting to be approved

Waiting for Signature: Status given when a signature request has been sent out and is awaiting signature from the Grantee and/or Grantor

  1. Agreement Date - The date the agreement was created. This date will be set as the date the Master Agreement was created by default.

Note: The Agreement Date will change when the Master Agreement document is generated if you have the Update Agreement & Effective Dates option checked ON when generated.

  1. Effective Date - The date the agreement takes effect. This date will be set as the date the Master Agreement was created by default.

  1. Grantee Info - The Grantee Name, Address, Contact Information

Note: This would be the information provided in the Public Request Portal when a new Grantee is created. It can be edited after creation by the Grantor if needed. The Grantee Name/Address will appear as in the details when choosing from the list of existing Grantee's when submitting a request.

  1. Notes - Notes specific to the particular Master Agreement. This is the notes that are displayed in the Master Agreement Grid.

  2. Required Document(s) - This section will display all the uploaded or generated documents and their statuses for the Master Agreement. See Master Agreement Documents section for more details.

Road Use or Third Party Addendums List

When Master Agreement Details page will also list all the Road Use or Third Party Addendums that have been created for that particular Master Agreement. Click on an addendum to view its details.
